i found the location very convenient to the train and metro. the vasco da gama shopping centre is nearby. there are also museums within walking distance from the hotel.
The hotel was a little too sterile. It felt very clean but room facilities weren't great

The staff was spotlessly clean and very friendly. i was upgraded to a junior suite! it had ample space. the location is also great. It is a short walk to the marina and the train station is easily accessible.
i waited longer than i expected during peak times.

the hotel is located close to many modes of transportation, including the airport. a shopping mall with many dining options is nearby. the station with train, bus and subway is also close, we loved this.

the staff were accommodating and helpful with luggage storage after we checked out.
the room was not as comfortable as i anticipated. the toilet paper felt rough, and the toilet roll holder was broken. additionally, one of the sinks drained very slowly, a considerable inconvenience.

I found the room to be very nice in size. It was also very quiet. the staff was really nice. They helped me a lot, and the hotel is worth a stay! it's an easy taxi ride to the airport.

The staff was SO helpful I requested extra pillows and they arrived quickly. I also really appreciated the breakfast. It had a varied selection. The location near the train station made travel easy.
