convenient location nearby centre walking distance
i found the location very convenient to the train and metro. the vasco da gama shopping centre is nearby. there are also museums within walking distance from the hotel.
The hotel was a little too sterile. It felt very clean but room facilities weren't great

convenient location spacious suite friendly staff
The staff was spotlessly clean and very friendly. i was upgraded to a junior suite! it had ample space. the location is also great. It is a short walk to the marina and the train station is easily accessible.
i noticed some slight delays with the elevators. i waited longer than i expected during peak times.

the hotel is located close to many modes of transportation, including the airport. a shopping mall with many dining options is nearby. the station with train, bus and subway is also close, we loved this.

broken holder slow sink
the staff were accommodating and helpful with luggage storage after we checked out.
the room was not as comfortable as i anticipated. the toilet paper felt rough, and the toilet roll holder was broken. additionally, one of the sinks drained very slowly, a considerable inconvenience.

nice size helpful staff
I found the room to be very nice in size. It was also very quiet. the staff was really nice. They helped me a lot, and the hotel is worth a stay! it's an easy taxi ride to the airport.

The location proved perfect with easy access to transport. I received a room upgrade which was excellent. The breakfast had very good options.
Soundproofing could have been better. This factor did not add to sleep quality

helpful staff varied selection
The staff was SO helpful I requested extra pillows and they arrived quickly. I also really appreciated the breakfast. It had a varied selection. The location near the train station made travel easy.
